Recipe Ingredients for Walnut Buttermilk Pancakes

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp margarine
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Walnut Buttermilk Pancakes

Combine milk and vinegar. Let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add buttermilk once it has stood for 10 minutes. Beat at a medium speed until smooth (Batter will be thick). Spoon batter into a greased frying pan or griddle and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until bubbles fomr on surface. Turn, continue cooking until light brown (1-2 minutes). Serve with desired toppings.
