Alternative to peanut butter. Makes 1 cup; serving size is 1 tablespoon.

Recipe Ingredients for Walnut butter

1 1/2 cups walnuts, toasted
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tsp honey

Recipe Directions for Walnut butter

Toast walnuts, cool. Place in food processor and pulse a few times; add oil slowly, then the honey. Process until the consistency of butter. Store in airtight container in refrigerater up to one month.
