1 tbls VANILLA
4 EGG WHITES
1/2 cup OATMEAL, FLOUR
3 tsp ORANGE, EXTRACT
1 cup WHOLE WHEAT PASTRY FLOUR
3/4 cup ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 tsp BAKING SODA
1/4 SALT
1 cup CRANBERRIES, DRIED
2 oz DARK CHOCOLATE, CHOPPED

  1. PUREE WALNUTS IN FOOD PROCESSOR

  2. ADDED EGG WHITES, VANILLA, ORANGE EXTRACT, BROWN SUGAR, GRANULATED SUGAR

  3. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN MIXER UNITL BLENDED

  4. GRIND OATMEAL INTO A FLOUR WITH FOOD PROCESSOR

  5. ADD ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, WHOLE WHEAT PASTRY FLOUR, OATMEAL, BAKING SODA AND SALT

  6. MIX WITH SPOON UNTIL BLENDED

  7. ADD CRANBERRIES AND CHOCOLATE

  8. DIVIDED INTO 50 BALLS

  9. LIGHTLY PRESS EACH BALL WITH FORK DIPPED IN WATER TO MAKE CRISS-CROSS PATTERN ON COOKIES
