Walnuts, garbanzo beans and panko breadcrumbs seasoned with grill seasoning

Recipe Ingredients for Walnut and Bean Burgers

1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2/3 cup canned garbanzo beans, drained
1/3 cup plain dried bread crumbs
1 tablespoon grill seasoning (recommended: McCormick)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup egg substitute

Recipe Directions for Walnut and Bean Burgers

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend till smooth. Divide into 4 portions, form into balls and flatten into burgers. Grill on indoor griddle.

  2. Cook and cool. You can then store in the freezer and reheat as needed.
