Recipe Ingredients for Walnut and Apple Cabbage

1/2 head cabbage
1 c chopped apple
2 T chopped walnut
1 t grated ginger
1/4 c water

Recipe Directions for Walnut and Apple Cabbage

  1. Add everything to a pan, stir, and cook for about 15 minutes. Don't overcook, just until tooth-tender.

  2. Great side dish for potatoes and chicken. Or as Dr. Fuhrman would suggest, as a main dish with a potato and a little chicken as sides!
