Recipe Ingredients for Wally's multigrain bread

1 fl oz Water
9 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
2 tsp Yeast
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1 cup Fiber One
0.13 cup Oat Bran
0.13 cup Soy Flour
0.13 cup Barley Flour Or Meal
3 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
3/20 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp, ground Cardamom
1 g Cumin Powder

Recipe Directions for Wally's multigrain bread

  1. Combine all ingrediants in bread machine set to dough.

  2. Restart after 10 min to give extra needing.

  3. Divide in two and form loaves.

  4. Let rise 1.5 hr.

  5. Bake at 350F for 25 min.
