A healthier version of my classic tex mex sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Wally's low cal enchilada sauce

1/3 cup flour
14 ounces chicken broth
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Wally's low cal enchilada sauce

  1. Toast flour in cast iron skillet to loose raw taste. Lightly cook, but do not brown.

  2. Place flour and broth in shaker/mixer and blend well.

  3. Place in sauce pan on med heat. Add spices and minced garlic.

  4. Cook for 20 minutes.
