Lower calorie version of traditional waldorf salad without walnuts.

Recipe Ingredients for Waldorf Yogurt Salad

2 apples
1/4 c raisins
1 cup celery
3 tbs vanilla yogurt

Recipe Directions for Waldorf Yogurt Salad

  1. Place raisins in small bowl covered in water and warm in microwave on medium heat for 2 minutes or until plump. Drain off water and set raisins aside.

  2. Cut cored apples into cubes and put into large mixing bowl.

  3. Chop celery into bite sized pieces (1/4"x1/3") and add to bowl of apples.

  4. Add raisins to bowl of celery and apples.

  5. Add yogurt and stir until all of the fruit and celery are coated in yogurt.

  6. Chill covered until ready to service to keep apples from turning brown.
