Just like Waldorf Chicken Salad, just with tofu!

Recipe Ingredients for Waldorf Tofu Salad

3 tbs nonfat yogurt
2 tbs reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tsp curry
1/4 tsp salt
79 g extra firm tofu
1 stalk celery
1/8 cup onion
1/4 cup walnuts
1 apple

Recipe Directions for Waldorf Tofu Salad

  1. Dice celery, onion, walnuts, and apple.

  2. Crumble the tofu

  3. Whisk yogurt, mayo, curry and salt together.

  4. Mix diced celery, onion, walnuts, apple, and tofu in with the yogurt mixture.

  5. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
