Recipe Ingredients for waldorf spinach salad

5 c. spinach
1/4 c. blue cheese
4 cloves garlic
1/3 c. onion, chopped
3 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp italian seasoning
2/3 apple, chopped
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for waldorf spinach salad

  1. chop onion, walnut, blue cheese (into crumbles), apple, and garlic into small pieces and seperate in small piles

  2. put spinach into a large bowl

  3. sautee garlic until brown, and add to spinach. add walnuts, blue cheese, onion and apple also.

  4. drizzle a few tsp of olive oil, and add pepper and seasonings, toss and serve.
