Recipe Ingredients for Waldorf Salad

2 medium Granny Smith apples, cored and medium diced
1 large crisp red apple, cored and medium diced
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup dried blueberries
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Waldorf Salad

  1. Combine the apples, celery, dried fruit, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Stir in the yogurt and nuts.

  2. Spoon into individual serving bowls and top with additional nuts.
