Simple salad named for a not so simple hotel

Recipe Ingredients for Waldorf Salad

2 cups celery, diced
2 apples, cored and diced
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup orange juice

Recipe Directions for Waldorf Salad

  1. Chop celery and apple in small pieces. Mix together with walnuts.

  2. Whisk mayo and OJ together, then add to salad. Add less or more mayo to taste. Stir to coat.

  3. Chill and serve cold.
