Recipe Ingredients for Waldorf Salad

115 g toasted walnuts
115 g celery, thinly sliced
115 g red seedless grapes, sliced (or a 60g of raisins)
1 sweet apple, cored and chopped
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
250 g Lettuce

Recipe Directions for Waldorf Salad

  1. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise (or yogurt) and the lemon juice.

  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper.

  3. Mix in the apple, celery, grapes, and walnuts.

  4. Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce.
