Recipe Ingredients for Waldorf Salad

2 cups apples, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup walnuts
2 tbs mayonnaise, light
2 tbs sour cream

Recipe Directions for Waldorf Salad

  1. Wash and dice the apples with a bit of skin on each piece

  2. Wash and cut the celery in small bite size chunks

  3. Chop the walnuts coarsely

  4. Combine the mayonnaise and sour cream with the other ingredients.
