Recipe Ingredients for Wake-Up Smoothie

1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 banana
1/2 cups strawberries, frozen
1/4 cup tofu

Recipe Directions for Wake-Up Smoothie

  1. Blend all ingredients, check consistency and taste for sweetness.

  2. Add 4-6 ice cubes for a frostier smoothie, 1/2 scoop Whey Protein powder for a flavor and nutrition boost, and/or a few drops liquid Stevia for sweetness.

  3. Pour into a tall glass, stick a straw in it and enjoy!
