1 Xtreme Power Whey Isolate Chocolate

Recipe Directions for Wake up! Protein Smoothie

Freeze one Banana overnight, thaw in the microwave for 30 seconds to peel easily. Add 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries to the blender along with the peeled banana, add one scoop of Protein powder ( any flavor ) then add one shot of instant coffee, followed by one cup of water. Blend until creamy any smooth.. Enjoy :)
