Recipe Ingredients for Wakame salad

2 cups wakame seaweed
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/4 cup sliced garlic
1/8 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar

Recipe Directions for Wakame salad

  1. soak wakame over night

  2. rinse well, until water is clear

  3. suate onion, garlic, carrots until onions are translucent

  4. add wakame and saute for 2 minutes or less

  5. remove from heat toss with vinegar

  6. serve
