2 serving Wild Ono Black Tie
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.25 NLEA serving Lemons
16 ounces Organic Whole Wheat Penne
1 large Onions
1 serving Romeo Grape Seed Oil (1 tbsp)
4 clove Garlic
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
8 oz White Button Mushrooms Packaged
2 dash Salt, Table
2 dash Pepper, Black
0.25 Teaspoon Thyme
1 serving Costco Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
0.5 cup Cream, Sour, Reduced Fat, Cultured
0.5 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
2 cup Mixed Vegetables

Recipe Directions for Wahoo Casserole

  1. Saute onions, garlic, celery. Add onions, salt, pepper and saute. Add chicken broth and mushrooms. Cover and cook.

  2. Marinade fish in lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  3. Stir vegetables, fish, pasta, sour cream into spice mixture.

  4. Pour into baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and parmesean cheese.

  5. Bake 375 for 30 minutes
