1.75 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.5 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 teaspoon Baking Soda
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.25 tsp Vinegar distilled

Recipe Directions for Waffles

  1. Preheat waffle iron.

  2. Whisk dry ingredients together.

  3. Beat eggs until fluffy.

  4. Beat in milk, oil, and vanilla.

  5. Slowly beat in dry mix.

  6. Beat in vinegar.

  7. Cook immediately. Do not overfill the waffle iron.
