Recipe Ingredients for Waffles

2 1/2 cups flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup oil

Recipe Directions for Waffles

  1. Separate the egg yolks and whites, whip the whites until stiff. Mix yolk with wet ingredients and add all dry ingredients. Fold in whipped whites.

  2. Put 1 cup of batter in hot waffle iron.
