My mom uses a belgian waffle maker...

Recipe Ingredients for Waffles

2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/3 cup canola oil
2 cups milk, nonfat, Vitamin A enriched

Topping:
1/4 cup plain yogurt, nonfat
1/8 cup maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Waffles

  1. Turn on waffle makers.

  2. Apart, separate yolks from whites.

  3. Beat whites

  4. Add oil to yolks, mix.

  5. Mix dry ingredients together.

  6. Add oil mixture.

  7. Mix in milk.

  8. Fold in beaten egg whites.

  9. Cook.
