Makes ten waffles, use waffle iron.

Recipe Ingredients for Waffles

1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
250 ml water
350 ml plain flour
75 g butter
500 ml buttermilk

Recipe Directions for Waffles

  1. Melt the butter.

  2. Whisk the egg and stir salt, water, buttermilk and flour, a little at a time.

  3. Add the melted butter.

  4. Let it rest for 30 min.

  5. Cook in waffle iron.
