Recipe Ingredients for Waffles

1 1/2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp splenda
1 tbsp applesauce
3 egg whites
1 1/2 cups low fat milk

Recipe Directions for Waffles

  1. mix first four ingredients

  2. add remaining ingredients

  3. mix well.

  4. pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet/waffle iron
