Recipe Ingredients for Waffles!

3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of sea salt
4 ounces skim milk (or soymilk)
1 tbsp applesauce
2 tsp maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Waffles!

  1. Mix dry

  2. Mix wet

  3. Pour into a heated waffle iron until cooked.

  4. YUM!
