Yum, yum, yum, yum! Delicioso!! I have a small belgian waffle maker and a Scooby-doo head shaped waffle maker and this recipe made 15 waffles.

Recipe Ingredients for Waffles

2 cups flours
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 3/4 cup fat free milk
2 fresh eggs
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp flax seed meal
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Waffles

Sift together dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl whisk together wet ingredients. Pour wet into dry and stir until well blended but be careful to not over-stir. Preheat waffle iron and cook until golden brown =D
