Recipe Ingredients for Waffles-no oil

1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1 3/4 cup soy milk
2 whole eggs

Recipe Directions for Waffles-no oil

  1. Mix whole wheat flour, baking powder and flax seed together.

  2. Mix Soy milk and egg yolks together, combine with flour mixture.

  3. Beat egg whites until soft peaks, fold into mixture.

  4. Pour 3/4 cup onto hot griddle.
