Recipe Ingredients for Waffle Perfect

1 cups Water
1/3 cups of nuts
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cups corn meal
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoon vanilla
5 dates
4 1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Waffle Perfect

Blend all ingredients. Bake in preheated waffle iron until steaming stops. 10-12 minutes. Spray iron with Pam in not teflon. Bake ahead, freeze, reheat in toaster or oven
