Waffle House Inspired Old Fashion Veggie Omelet - egg whites only

Recipe Ingredients for Waffle House Old Fashion Veggie Omelet - hold the yolks

2 large Egg, White
1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe diced
1 oz Onions diced
1 oz Mushrooms slices - button
1 spray , about 1/3 second (1 NLEA serving) Original Cooking Spray

Recipe Directions for Waffle House Old Fashion Veggie Omelet - hold the yolks

  1. heat the diced tomates, diced onions, mushrooms and jalapeno peppers in a small pan.

  2. combine the egg whites and whip with a fork.

  3. spray a large non-stick pan with spray oil and pre-heat pan and then turn down to med-low heat.

  4. pour egg mixture in large pan- cook until done (all moisture is gone and the egg mixture is firm)

  5. add all other ingredients, fold and serve.
