Recipe Ingredients for Waffle of Brikha

1 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, Bread, Enriched
400 grams Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Waffle of Brikha

  1. Mix flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of salt.

  2. Add half the milk, oil and mix.

  3. Add the rest of the milk and mix well until you have a nice thick and smooth batter.

  4. Make your waffles and be sure to stir the batter before pouring it into the waffle iron.

  5. Serve with low fat cream, mixed with frozen fruits / berries.
