I used flax seed instead of egg but you could use 2 eggs

Recipe Ingredients for Waffle batter

2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 oz Baking Powder
2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
1 1/2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1/2 stick Butter
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Waffle batter

mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients and mix just until blended. scoop 1/3 c at a time into waffle iron
