Recipe Ingredients for Wackie Cake - Healthier Version

2 cups flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
6 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp vanilla
5 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
5 tbsp water

Recipe Directions for Wackie Cake - Healthier Version

  1. 1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. 2. Mix all wet ingredients together in another bowl.

  3. 3. Combine - stirring just until combined.

  4. 4. Pour into a sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan.

  5. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
