Recipe Ingredients for VwaV Samosa Dough

3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp cider vinegar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp turmeric, ground
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for VwaV Samosa Dough

  1. Pour wet dough ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add 2 cups of the flour, and the rest of the dry ingredients. Begin kneading the mixture, adding the rest of the flour gradually until a smooth not sticky dough is formed, about 10 minutes

  2. Set the dough aside, cover with a wet cloth or wrap in plastic wrap, and begin preparing the samosa filling!
