Veggie Quiche, can be done with various meats and cheeses

Recipe Ingredients for Vonda's Quiche-veggie style

1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 small tomato, diced
2 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cup non-fat milk
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Vonda's Quiche-veggie style

  1. Pour into a greased 9" pan cheese, vegetables and/or meats. Mix in Blender eggs, Bisquick, butter, milk and salt.

  2. Bake 350 degrees for 45 mins
