Makes one HUGE serving! This ice cream?when made with almond milk?has a very light texture (perfect for summer). For a creamier texture that?s more like real ice cream, try using at least 1/3c coconut milk

0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.06 tsp Salt, Table
1/8 tsp Sweetener
240 grams Soy Milk (Natural), Naturli

Recipe Directions for Voluminous Non-Dairy Vanilla Ice Cream

  1. Mix the ingredients together in 1 or 2 shallow plastic containers. Freeze. (You could also use an ice cube tray.)

  2. Once frozen, pop the blocks out of the container (I thaw for about 30 seconds in the microwave first) and blend.

  3. Top with whatever you like, such as fruits, chocolate chips, peanut butter, almonds... whatever!
