Makes 3 servings



Add fresh green onion and turkey bacon bits to top it. It makes a pretty pale green soup due to the dill. FYI: Dill is good for respiratory ailments.

Recipe Ingredients for VM Potato Dill Soup

2 cups Lite Soy Milk
1/2 small onion
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Salt
1 baked potato
1 tbsp Dill

Recipe Directions for VM Potato Dill Soup

Cook the potato for about 6 minutes in the microwave. I also like to cook the onion for 2 minutes and heat up the milk so the soup gets hot easier in the Vita Mix machine. Start on 1 and turn up to 10 and let it run for 4-5 minutes.
