deliciously healthy and satisfying breakfast shake (Can be made the night before and left in the fridge overnight)

Recipe Ingredients for Viv's quick breakfast

140 ml fat free milk
100 g yogurt (flavoured low fat)
1 small banana
1/2 cup pineapple (fresh)
15 g weetabix (1 biscuit)

Recipe Directions for Viv's quick breakfast

  1. Into a food blender add milk, yoghurt, peeled and sliced banana, sliced pineapple and one weetabix

  2. Turn the blender full on

  3. blend for about 1 minute until thick and creamy

  4. Extra milk can be added if too thick

  5. Add your own choice of fruits to customise the recipe to your own taste
