Recipe Ingredients for Viva La Chicken

2 cups chicken breast
6 corn tortillas
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 vidalia onion
6 oz salsa
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons broth
1/2 cup 2% cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Viva La Chicken

  1. cook chicken; cut in pieces

  2. cut or tear tortillas in pieces

  3. mix everything but the cheddar cheese

  4. NOTE: can substitute chicken soup

  5. MUST REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT COVERED WITH FOIL

  6. Bake 350 close to hour; check after 30 & 45 minutes

  7. LAST 15 MINUTES LAYER CHEESE ON TOP
