1 1/2 cup(244 g) Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1/2 small Onions
3 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin, Baked
0.13 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1/4 cup Spinach
5 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for VitaMix Chicken Potato Spinach Soup

  1. Place in blender in following order and blend 1-10 then on high for 5 minutes:

  2. broth

  3. milk

  4. 2 potatoes

  5. rosemary

  6. Add spinach and remaining potato and blend 15 second

  7. Add chicken and blend for 5 seconds

  8. Salt to taste
