Slightly modified version of Gillian McKeith's Vitality Salad

Recipe Ingredients for Vitality Salad

2 cups mustard greens
8 cherry tomatoes
1 stalk celery
1 yellow squash
8 ounces daikon
2 tbsp raw sunflower seeds
1 cup mung bean sprouts
1/3 avocado

Recipe Directions for Vitality Salad

  1. Rinse all leaves and raw vegetables

  2. Pell Daikon radish

  3. Place leaves in salad bowl

  4. Slice squash and daikon into thin slices

  5. Chop celery into bite size pieces

  6. Cut avocado into bite size

  7. sprinkle with seeds and dill

  8. top with low cal dressing of choice
