Protein packed meatloaf from American Girl Molly's cookbook.

Recipe Ingredients for Vitality Meatloaf

1 medium onion
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground veal
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 cup oatmeal
1 egg
1 cup evaporated milk
2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 cup chili sauce

Recipe Directions for Vitality Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Chop onion.

  3. Wash and dry parsley, chop.

  4. Mix all ingredients; pack firmly and transfer to baking dish.

  5. Bake for 1 hour, remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
