A very low-fat and tasty alternative to the 1200 calorie plate of Fettuccini Alfredo

Recipe Ingredients for Virtually Fat free Fettuccini Alfredo

8 oz Tofu Shirataki (Fettuccine Shaped Noodle Substitute)
1 wedge Light Original Swiss Spreadable Cheese Wedges
2 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
0.1 serving Parmesan cheese topping, fat free
3 oz Chicken

Recipe Directions for Virtually Fat free Fettuccini Alfredo

  1. Cook a chicken breast using any fat free method.

  2. Cube 3oz of the cooked chicken breast

  3. Pat dry (paper towels) the entire contens of a 40 calorie bag of Fettuccine style Shirataki Tofu and microwave for 1min to warm in a covered bowl.

  4. On top of the warm Tofu place the cubed/cooked chicken, 2tbsp fat free sour cream, 1 tbsp fat free parmesan cheese, 1 35 calorie wedge of your favorite of Laughing Cow Light spreadable cheese.

  5. Place bowl back into the microwave for an additional 2min.

  6. Stir contents gently combining ingrediants.

  7. Spice to taste and top with the remaining tbsp of Parmesan Cheese
