So delicious, and relatively healthy. Quadruple this recipe to make it work for 4 people for one day (or 1 person for four days!).

Recipe Ingredients for Virginia Style Meatballs and Noodles

1/2 cup Chopped Spinach
6 oz raw All Breast Meat Fresh Ground Turkey
1 serving Worcestershire Sauce
0.2 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
0.5 1tsp Olive Oil
0.25 cup Cream of Celery Soup
1 clove Garlic
0.25 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
1.5 cup Noodles, Egg

Recipe Directions for Virginia Style Meatballs and Noodles

  1. 1) Saute onion and garlic

  2. 2) Combine onion and garlic with meat, thawed spinach, and Worcestershire Sauce

  3. 3) Mix into golf-ball sized meat balls and brown in a 12 inch saute pan

  4. 4) Add cream of celery and chicken stock and simmer for .5 hours

  5. 5) serve over bed of noodles
