Recipe Ingredients for Vinegret (Russian cousin)

13 oz potatoes cooked in skin, flesh
22 oz red beets, cooked
2 oz carrots, cooked
3 oz pickles
2 tbsp canola oil
1/2 g salt

Recipe Directions for Vinegret (Russian cousin)

Cook red beets, peel and cut in small cubes (or use canned red beets). Cook carrot and potatoes in skin without salt, peel and cut in cubes. Cut pickles in cubes. Mix all ingredients in large bowl and add olive oil.
