Recipe Ingredients for Vinegar coleslaw

1/2 head green cabbage
2 medium carrots
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Vinegar coleslaw

Shred cabbage and carrots. Mix vinegars, salt and olive oil and pour over cabbage. Keeps for up to a week.
