Recipe Ingredients for Vinaigrette Marinade

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups red wine vinegar
3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground pepper
2 cloves garlic minced

Recipe Directions for Vinaigrette Marinade

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl: blend well. Pour half of marinade over chicken (or less tender cuts of beef) in a plastic bag or shallow dish. Seal bag or cover dish. Refrigerate at least 4 hours turning occasionally. Drain, reserving marinade. Grill as desired basting often with marinade.

  2. Remaining marinade can be refrigerated for up to six (6) weeks.
