1 cup parsnip (diced)
1 cup mushrooms(diced)
1 cup courgette (diced)
1 cup cooked wild rice
1 cup red onion (diced)
2 cups broccoli
2 tsp curry powder
1 cup green lentils (cooked)

Recipe Directions for Vikki,s Veg Curry

  1. Add all veg to slow cooker, with 1.5 pints water, cook long and slow (3-4 hrs),

  2. thicken with cornflour 30 mins from end if need be.
