vegetables and noodles wrapped in rice sheet with super spicy chili fish sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Vietnamese summer roll - Vegetarian

1 cup rice noodle
4 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp garlic
3 tbsp diced hot pepper
1 raw cucumber
4 cups shredded lettuce
1 oz cilantro
2 tbsp chili sauce

Recipe Directions for Vietnamese summer roll - Vegetarian

  1. dip rice sheet in to water for 1-3 seconds.

  2. do not over soak.

  3. place the wet rice sheet flat onto plate.

  4. add cooked rice noodle and vegetable. be creative and add as many vegetables as you want as long as the portion can be wrapped.

  5. gently wrap the rice sheet.
