Recipe Ingredients for Vietnamese Style Beef & Noodle Broth

2 teaspoons olive oil
3/4 pound beef flank steak, very thinly sliced against the grain
4 cups chopped bok choy, (1 small head, about 1 pound)
4 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 cup water
4 ounces Brown Rice Noodles
1 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 cups mung bean sprouts
4 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
5 g Hot Chili Sauce

Recipe Directions for Vietnamese Style Beef & Noodle Broth

  1. Heat Olive oil, cook steak in dutch oven/big pot

  2. Remove to separate bowl, leaving the juices

  3. Cook bok choy until wilted

  4. Add Chicken broth and water, bring to boil

  5. Add Noodles, cook until soft (about 4 minutes)

  6. Turn down heat, add meat back to pot

  7. Ladle into bowls

  8. Add sprouts, basil and srirachi to taste

  9. Serve hot
