Recipe Ingredients for Vietnamese pork omelet

500 grams Fresh Ground Pork
1 serving Mackerel in oil (Ca gai muoi mam bo mo)
3 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
5 clove Garlic
1 tsp Pepper, Black
30 grams Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Vietnamese pork omelet

Cook garlic in oil for one minute, add ground pork and sauté until cooked. Add brown sugar and chopped mackerel (no bones, no skin), black pepper and mix well. Add beaten eggs and simmer at low temperature for about 15 minutes.
