500 g Carrot
500 g Daikon
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Vietnamese Pickled vegetables

Julienne carrots and daikon while simmer all other ingredients. Pour hot brine over vegetables and refrigerate until sandwiches are to be made.
